Hilary Chaplain has captivated audiences across the world with her unique blend of clown theater, movement, and puppetry for over 40-years. Her award-winning solo show “A Life in Her day” has toured to over 20 countries across 5 continents. She’s performed on Broadway, television and film.
Her celebrated solo show won the grand prize in comedy festivals in both Cuba and Poland and she is a frequent featured artist at international comedy festivals.
Hilary was an original cast member in Bill Irwin’s Largely/New York, appeared on Broadway and at the Delacorte Theatre in The Tempest directed by George C. Wolfe, and was featured in Forrest Gump.
For 24 years, she performed as “Nurse Nice” with the Big Apple Circus Hospital Clown Program and currently works with the Laughter League.

Gina is a Fundraising Consultant, Laughter Practitioner, NYC Clown, Mosaic Glass Artist and former Non Profit Executive Director. She is working alongside The Last Rat as Associate
Producer, Development and Laughter League and NYC Kids Project as a Fundraising
Consultant. She also obtained her Laughter Yoga Leader Certification and completed 500+
hours of NYC clown training.
She graduated with a BS in Marketing and has 30+ years experience in nonprofit management,
marketing and sales at companies including Xerox, Corning and Procter & Gamble. She earned awards including President’s Club. As an Executive Director she raised over 1M and expanded services from a local to international presence.
Two years ago she attended a clown retreat where she experienced joy and authenticity in a
new way. Today, she’s combining her professional experience and artistic passion with the goal of helping organizations make a deep and lasting impact through the arts.
When she’s not clowning, she’s with her kids and dog Presley.
